Update: New Location Why does the NY State Government protect rapist before children?

For over 10 years NY State has allowed and let child rapist run the streets with basically immunity free will from prosecution by law enforcement and our state prosecutors. Why? New York is the only state with a statute of limitations that requires you to file a complaint before your age 23. Stupid?

Facts: 43,000 children in NY each year are abused X 10 years of waiting for justice = 430,000 children

Facts: 117 kids each day in the 62 counties of New York State

Facts: The New York State Senate has blocked any changes to the law all these years, why?

Facts: They must think that stopping childhood abuse is not important, we are left with flashbacks, alcoholism, drug abuse, suicide and a multitude of mental illness that should not be suffered in our great State. We as tax payers pay for this.

We are having a rally to support a new candidate, Christine Pellegrino, for the New York State Assembly 9th District in
the special election on Tuesday, May 23, 2017.

I will give part of my story of my abuse that I suffered in Babylon and the long term effects to my family and my life.
