MASSAPEQUA, NY — A woman was struck by a car on Tuesday morning in Massapequa. The victim, 64, was crossing Pittsburg Avenue at Carmans Road just after 8 a.m when she was hit by a 2019 Infiniti. The woman, who was taken to an area hospital, suffered injuries to her right leg and arm. The driver of Infiniti, a 64-year-old woman, remained at the scene and was not injured, authorities said. Police are investigating.
