• Nearly $4M in 2026 Road, Drainage Projects Across Brookhaven (southshorepress.com) — Mastic Beach residents are seeing a major $1.9 million coastal-resiliency project, including raising Riviera Drive by up to a foot and adding new drainage to fight chronic flooding on nearby streets. The work is part of nearly $4 million in 2026 paving and drainage upgrades across Brookhaven, improving road safety and stormwater management from Mastic Beach to Rocky Point, Farmingville, Center Moriches, Stony Brook and Miller Place.
