A 24-year-old Medford man has died after suffering severe head injuries in an all-terrain vehicle accident upstate over the weekend, according to multiple reports.
Joshua M. Theisen was not wearing a helmet when he lost control of the ATV he was riding Sunday evening. He was ejected from the ATV, which then landed on top of him, according to the Daily Star in Oneonta.
The accident occurred in the town of New Lisbon, which is about 15 miles away from Cooperstown.
