Motorcyclist Killed in Mastic Crash

The accident occurred Friday evening, police say.

MASTIC, NY - A motorcyclist was killed after he crashed into a car in Mastic Friday evening, Suffolk Police said.

According to police, Rajan Fenner, 36, of Bellport, was traveling southbound on Titmus Drive just north of Montauk Highway when he apparently lost control of a 2002 Suzuki motorcycle and struck a 1984 Chevy Monte Carlo that was stopped in traffic.

Fenner was transported to Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center in East Patchogue, where he was pronounced dead.

The driver of the Monte Carlo, a 38-year-old Mastic man, was not injured and stayed at the scene. Both vehicles were impounded for safety checks. The investigation is continuing.
