• Driver crashes through Medford car dealership to steal another vehicle (news12.com) — Police say thieves crashed into a Medford car dealership on Route 112 early Thursday, smashing vehicles and a showroom window before fleeing with a 2023 Dodge. The break-in, the third theft incident this year at Nissan 112, is disrupting business and customers, and investigators are asking anyone with information to call Suffolk County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-220-TIPS. 
• Oceanside residents gains independence with new Canine Companions service dog (liherald.com) — A Medford-based Canine Companions training center is playing a key role in helping an Oceanside woman with cerebral palsy gain independence through her new service dog, Andre. The nonprofit's Medford campus trains dogs for people across 13 northeastern states, offering intensive team training and lifelong support at no cost to recipients, funded entirely by donations.
