Suffolk Federal Credit Union is proud to welcome recently elected member Mark G. Creighton, M.D. to its Board of Directors.

Mark G. Creighton, M.D. of Jamesport, Director, has re-joined the Board of Directors of Suffolk Federal. He began serving as a volunteer for the credit union as a member of the Board of Managers of Member’s Financial Services in late 2009 and on the Board of Directors from 2010 through 2014. He brings extensive management and decision-making experience to the board as well as good communication and interpersonal skills. He is a board certified orthopedic surgeon with offices in Hampton Bays and East Hampton and a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at NYU-Langone Medical Center. He also serves on the medical staff of Southampton Hospital in Greenport’s Eastern LI Hospital and he is a surgeon for the NYS Police Troopers. Dr. Creighton completed his orthopedic training residency at the University of Iowa. He is a graduate of the Mount Sinai School of Medicine and holds a B.S. from Stanford University. He has been a member of Suffolk Federal since 1997.
