2nd Teen Charged In Connection To Swastika At Merrick Playground: Cops
Swastikas were discovered last month at Chatterton School.
MERRICK, NY — A second teenager has been arrested for a bias incident in Merrick.
A 14-year-old boy from Bellmore is charged in connection to spray-painted swastikas found at the Chatterton School playground last month, police announced.
The teenager faces counts of first-degree aggravated harassment, third-degree criminal mischief, possession of a graffiti instrument and making graffiti.

He was issued an appearance ticket for Aug. 29 at Nassau County Family Court.
Police previously charged a 14-year-old boy from Freeport.
