3 piece set: extending table with self storing leaf, 8 chairs, hutch with tons of storage and a bar, and matching sideboard. Original purchase price for the set was $15,000 and we have the receipt. $3,500. High end/high quality.

Table is in great condition, it is usually under a pad and a tablecloth. That spot on the bottom left of the table in the picture is just a reflection of the chandelier above it. There is nothing like that on the actual table. 40*98" extended. Custom pads are included.

Table opens up for one 24" leaf to go inside, so leaf storage is easy. Table with removed leaf is 40 * 74. What you see in the picture is a bit of dust and again reflection from chandelier on table corner. The table is in near perfect condition.

8 of these interesting chairs are included. Some need a little tightening up, no biggie.

So much storage in the hutch. 9 feet wide by 7 feet high. Depth of top piece 16" . Depth of bottom piece: 21". Inlaid wood really nice
