You can start with items such as Caesar salad or bruschetta, then move on to one of the many meat, fish, chicken or pasta selections. Sorbet, cookies and cheesecake are some of the simple sweet selections with which to end your meal.

Note that every night of the week Guy Anthony’s also has their expansive standard menu along with nightly specials. The seafood cannelloni in vodka sauce with grilled shrimp ($26.95) is highly recommended and is on the specials list every night of the week. Special wine selections are also offered, both a red and a white.
For those of you who are sticking to your 2011 resolutions, Guy Anthony’s offers a lite cuisine menu. The lite eggplant parmigiana is twist on the Italian classic, featuring steamed eggplant instead of the breaded and fried version, and low-fat mozzarella. If you are allowing yourself some carbohydrates, the grilled veal with broccoli over penne in filetto sauce is a good choice. A number of healthy chicken choices are available as well.
