Chatterton Students Learn About Jackie Robinson
Robinson broke the color barrier for Major League Baseball.

On April 15, the anniversary of his first game in baseball's Major League, Chatterton students who visit the library read books about Jackie Robinson, the player who broke the color barrier.
On this day, all players wore the number 42 uniform in his honor.
Students were encouraged to visit their school library to discover and borrow lots of great books!
