Common courtesy at rush hour.

At rush hour, how about all the cars, incl. school buses, town trucks etc., that stop in front of my driveway because at the end of the street is a stop sign. They won't let me back out at all even though I go the opposite way. Only if a friend comes by and courteously lets me leave my driveway can I get out and they still honk at her. They have to stop due to stopped cars ahead of them anyway.
