The South Merrick Community Civic Association will be hosting aninformal discussion forum on Tuesday, March 27, 7pm, at the MerrickRoad Park Golf Course Clubhouse. All residents are welcome to attendand let your neighbors know what ideas, suggestions and opinions youmay have that could affect the quality of life in our community suchas:
1. do you think that the proposal for a pedestrian bridge on SunriseHighway is a good idea?
2. what can be done to further improve the beautification Merrick Road?
3. is enforcement of traffic violations on Merrick Road andresidential streets sufficient?
4. how can our parks be improved?
5. are you satisfied with local government services ?
6. do you think that a Neighborhood Watch Program is effective?
7. do you think that there is a need for school security?
