Our organization provides essential support to Ukrainian Humanitarian parolees through the Ukraine Supplemental Appropriation to Resettlement Agencies (USARA) Program. Through USARA, we help individuals and families achieve stability, economic independence, and successful integration into the community. We serve Ukrainian citizens paroled into the U.S., as well as non-Ukrainians who resided in Ukraine and were paroled into the U.S. between February 24, 2022 and September 30, 2024. Someone cut through the top of a convertible on Fisher Avenue in Merrick at on Aug. 7 and stole two pairs of sneakers and a pair of orthotics.   Someone entered a car at Stop and Shop on Jerusalem Avenue in North Bellmore on July 28 and stole a medicare card.   A woman reported that someone shot a BB through the window of her car, which was parked on Len Drive in Bellmore, sometime between Aug. 4 and 8.  Someone punctured the right driver's-side tire on a car parked in front of home on Queen Street in North Bellmore on Aug. 9.
