There is a great new addition to Merrick Road's dining choices. I checked out the Merrick Gables Cafe, opened in August by a young, long-time, Merrick resident, Brian S. The place has a French bistro flavor, serving delicious crepes, panini and salads. It is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and has something for everyone's taste.
