15-Year-Old Boy Arrested On Murder Charge In Death Of Hudson Valley Woman
The adolescent was remanded to a secure facility without bail, pending a future appearance in Ulster County Youth Part Court.
SAUGERTIES, NY — The Saugerties Police Department says that on Sunday, around 1 p.m., they received information about a possible homicide in the area of John Schulz Road, in the hamlet of West Camp.
After an investigation, with assistance from the New York State Police, the Ulster County District Attorney's Office, and the Ulster County Child Advocacy Center, a 15-year-old boy from Saugerties was arrested and charged with second-degree murder.

Police say the juvenile offender was processed and arraigned at the Town of Saugerties Justice Court (Youth Part of the Superior Court) and remanded to a secure facility without bail, pending a future appearance in Ulster County Youth Part Court.
Additional charges are expected, according to Saugerties police.
