2 Arrested For Illegally Disclosing Grand Jury Information

HUDSON, NY — Two Columbia County residents face felony charges after serving on a grand jury. State Police arrested Stephanie H. Monseu, 49, of Hudson, and Wayne Coe, 56, of Chatham, March 20 and charged them with unlawful grand jury disclosure, a felony.

In October 2017, State Police began an investigation into the unlawful disclosure of confidential information that they were privy to while serving on a Columbia County grand jury.

Both were issued appearance tickets returnable to the City of Hudson City Court for April 3.
