2 People, 1 Dog Displaced After Beacon Fire
The residents of the home were not able to put the fire out with an extinguisher.

BEACON, NY — Two residents and a family dog were displaced from their Beacon home after a fire. The blaze started around 7 p.m. Monday on North Elm Street with fire in trees near the house and extending to the front of the structure.
The home’s occupants tried to put out the blaze with a fire extinguisher, but were unable to, the Daily Voice said.
