25-Year-Old Man Arrested For Rape Of 14-Year-Old: Police
Livingston Manor man has been charged with felony rape in the 2nd degree and endangering the welfare of a child in Liberty.
LIBERTY, NY — A Livingston Manor man has been arrested on a rape charge involving a 14-year-old girl, according to police.
Terry Wilson of Livingston Manor was charged after an investigation into a sexual assault that occurred in the Village of Liberty, police said in a statement released on Wednesday. The Village of Liberty Police began investigating on January 20, after receiving a report that a 14-year-old girl had been the victim of a sex crime.
Wilson was arrested the following day, police said.

Wilson was charged with felony rape in the 2nd degree and endangering the welfare of a child. The 25-year-old was arraigned in the Town of Liberty Court and remanded to Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail, $10, 000 secured bond or $20,000 partially secured bond.
