5 Arrested After Taconic Police Chase, Gun Seizure, Discovery Of This Ammunition Feeding Device: NYSP
During a search of the vehicle, troopers found a loaded Glock handgun attached to a large extended drum-style magazine, according to NYSP.

TOWN OF EAST FISHKILL, NY — A chase on the Taconic led to a discovery, and ended with felony charges, according to NYSP.
The New York State Police say that on Saturday, around 2:20 a.m., troopers from Stormville saw a vehicle traveling north on the Taconic State Parkway, in violation of several traffic laws.
After troopers tried to stop the vehicle near mile marker 24, in the Town of Putnam Valley, the driver did not comply, leading to a brief pursuit. The vehicle soon stopped near mile marker 34.5, in the Town of East Fishkill.

During a search of the vehicle, troopers report finding a loaded Glock handgun attached to a large ammunition feeding device, described as an extended drum-style magazine.
State police say the driver, 21-year-old Devon A. Marc Fortune-Hervey Jr., of Brooklyn, was charged with felony second-degree criminal possession of a weapon; felony third-degree criminal possesion of a weapon; felony criminal possession of a firearm; misdemeanor second-degree criminal contempt; and misdemeanor third-degree unlawfully fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle.

Four other passengers in the vehicle, all from Brooklyn, were also charged with various offenses.
Malik Fowles Blackstock, 23, and Sean A. Lindsay, 21, were charged with felony second-degree criminal possession of a weapon; felony third-degree criminal possession of a weapon; and felony criminal possession of a firearm.
Amari D. Andries, 22, and Ibrahim Jalloh, 20, were charged with felony third-degree criminal possession of a weapon; felony second-degree possession of a forged instrument; felony second-degree criminal possession of a weapon; and felony criminal possession of a firearm.
All five were arraigned in the Town of East Fishkill Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Justice and Transition Center in lieu of $50,000 cash, $150,000 bond, or $450,000 partially secured bond. They are all set to return to court on Wednesday.
