'Armed And Dangerous,' Manhunt Underway After Killing In Orange County: NYSP

Anyone coming in contact with this fugitive is advised to use caution, and notify authorities immediately, New York State Police said.

MIDDLETOWN, NY — A massive manhunt is underway in the Hudson Valley, and police are warning the public to use caution.

NYSP Troop F Middletown is searching for 32-year-old Thomas David Ryan in connection to a killing on Thursday on the Greenville Turnpike, in the town of Greenville.

Ryan is believed to be driving a 2016 gray Toyota Prius with license plate HNH-7671. He was last seen in the area of the Greenville Turnpike wearing black sweatpants and a black t-shirt.

Anyone coming in contact with Ryan is advised to use caution. Ryan is believed to be armed and dangerous, according to NYSP.

Anyone who spots Ryan is being asked to contact State Police Middletown BCI at 845-344-5300 or dial 911.
