Beekman Man Arrested For Having Child Porn: Police
Police said he provided equipment to them that contained child pornography.

PLEASANT VALLEY, NY — A Beekman man has been accused of having child porn. State Police said Leo O. Baltazar, 69, was arrested August 1 and charged with possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child, a felony.
Police said Baltazar was taken into custody following an investigation conducted by the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. (For more information on this and other neighborhood stories, subscribe to Patch to receive daily newsletters and breaking news alerts.)
In April 2017, police said he came to Troop K headquarters and provided police with computer equipment from his home that revealed numerous pornographic images depicting children.

He was arraigned in the Town of Pleasant Valley Justice Court and sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail or $50,000 bond.
