Bomb Threat Called Into Stewart Airport Friday
Authorities used bomb-detection dogs to check out the facility.

NEW WINDSOR, NY — A bomb threat called in at New York Stewart International Airport Friday morning turned out to be unfounded.
The New York State Police said the threat was made to 911 shortly after 10 a.m. Friday, the Times Herald-Record reported.
Authorities said the airport was safe about an hour and a half later.

Bomb detection dogs were used to check out the facility by the state police.
There was little operational impact while the threat was being investigated, the Daily Voice reported.

Officials said no flights were delayed and there were no reported injuries.
