DUTCHESS COUNTY, NY — A brush fire broke out on Breakneck Ridge Friday and could be seen from spots on the western side of the Hudson River.
Orange and Rockland County Fire's Facebook page said the fire had been turned over to the state Department of Environmental Conservation and the park rangers.
MidHudson News said the cause of the fire was not yet known.
