Crews Still Working To Restore Power To Mid-Hudson Customers

MID-HUDSON VALLEY, NY — Central Hudson said most customers still out of power in the mid-Hudson Valley would have their electricity restored by noon Wednesday. More than 40,000 homes and businesses in the Hudson Valley lost power in Monday's wind storm.

According to the Central Hudson outage list, as of 1:15 p.m. Tuesday, there are 3,269 customers in Dutchess County without electricity.

  • Clinton: 192
  • East Fishkill: 1,335
  • Fishkill: 415
  • Hyde Park: 110
  • Town of Poughkeepsie: 240
  • Wappinger: 390

There are 718 customers in Orange County still without electricity. The City of Newburgh has 316 and the Town of Newburgh has 134. Cornwall has 242.
