Daryl's House, Pawling On Road To Resolution Of Dispute
The music venue and restaurant is operated by Daryl Hall of Hall and Oates.
PAWLING, NY — A lawsuit filed by Daryl’s House against the Town of Pawling and its supervisor was dismissed in state Supreme Court in Poughkeepsie. The music venue and restaurant on Route 22 seems to be heading for a resolution of a dispute over parking and occupancy limits.
The attorney for Daryl’s House, which is operated by Daryl Hall of Hall and Oates, said he is confident the matter will be resolved, the Poughkeepsie Journal said.
The venue sued in March claiming the town wrongly placed a moratorium on an application for outdoor concerts and that the town was trying to reduce the occupancy limits that could put it out of business.
