Dutchess Man Faces Felony Charge For Having Sex With Child
Police said the victim was under the age of 13.

BEEKMAN, NY — A Beekman resident was arested for having sex with a child. State Police said Patrick J. Mulcahy Jr., 44, of Beekman, faces a charge of second-degee course of sexual conduct against a child, a felony.
On Jan. 31, Troopers received a complaint about the sexual conduct with a victim under the age of 13.
The investigation found that Mulcahy had sex with the victim in the Town of Beekman.

He was arraigned in the the Town of East Fishkill Court and sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bail or $30,000 bond.
Mulcahy is next scheduled to appear in the Town of Beekman Court Feb. 6.
