Garbage Pickup Canceled For Friday In City Of Poughkeepsie
City officials said sanitation service will start again as soon as possible.
POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — Because of the ongoing cleanup from the nor’easter of Tuesday, there will be no sanitation and recycling collection for Friday, March 17 in the City of Poughkeepsie.
Officials ask residents to refrain from placing any garbage or recycling containers at the curb during this time
Garbage and recycling collection will resume as soon as possible, city officials said.
