GoFundMe Campaign For Family Of Man Killed By Rockland Driver
The Orange County resident was in Chestnut Ridge loading a truck by the side of the road when a Spring Valley man plowed into him.

Friends have set up a GoFundMe account for the young family of Sean Spillman, who was struck and killed by a car Rockland County on Saturday. Spillman, 28, was hit while loading a truck on Scotland Hill Road in Chestnut Ridge.
The Washingtonville resident leaves behind a wife, Sarah Spillman, and two young children, Leah and Noah.
"Funeral expenses are only the beginning of the many expenses for them," said GoFundMe page organizer Joe Oliver.

Ramapo police were called to Scotland Hill Road at 12:05 p.m. They said a 67-year-old Spring Valley man was driving a 2009 Hyndai southbound when he struck Spillman, who was standing by a 2014 Ford pulled over on the side of the road.
The Ford then struck a 61-year-old man also from Washingtonville who was also standing by the truck.
