The National Weather Service has issued hazardous weather outlooks for parts of the region.

Thunderstorms are in the forecast for parts of the Hudson Valley Thursday, and because of that, the National Weather Service has issued hazardous weather outlooks for Columbia, Dutchess, Ulster, Orange and Rockland counties.
For Orange and Rockland, there is a slight risk for severe thunderstorms Thursday. The main threats will be gusty winds, heavy rain and hail.
For Columbia, Dutchess and Ulster, a slight risk of severe thunderstorms exists for Thursday afternoon into the early evening.
