Hudson Valley Teen Arrested For Having Child Porn

FISHKILL, NY — A Fishkill teen was arrested for allegedly having child porn. State police said James W. Park, 17, of Fishkill, was charged with possessing a sexual performance by a child, a felony.

Police said members of the State Police Computer Crimes Unit and the Bureau of Criminal Investigation from the Wappinger barracks executed a search warrant May 24 at a residence in the Town of Fishkill.

Park was found to be in possession of child pornography, police said.

He was arraigned in the Town of Fishkill Court and was released under the supervision of probation.

Park is next scheduled to appear before the court June 5.
