The two had evaded capture in New Jersey and ended up in Middletown.

MIDDLETOWN, NY — Two Louisiana fugitives, one of whom was wanted on a murder charge, were taken into custody by police without incident Wednesday in an Orange County pizza parlor. Kristan Broussard, 33, and Ursula Bourque, 30, of New Iberia, Louisiana, were spotted looking into cars in Otisville by a pair of Mount Hope police officers.

Around 12:40 p.m., the officers, who thought they looked familiar, spoke to the couple who said they were looking for a place to eat, recordonline said.

Broussard and Bourque went into Pizza Mania on Route 211 in Mount Hope and one of the officers followed them inside. The pair was taken into custody.
