Lingering Outages For Central Hudson Customers Tuesday
The electricity provider has whittled down the outages, most of which should be resolved Tuesday afternoon.

MID-HUDSON VALLEY, NY — Power outages for Central Hudson customers in Putnam and Orange counties have been completely restored. However, there are 33 customers in Dutchess County waiting for the lights to come back on. A nor’easter tore through the Hudson Valley Sunday into Monday with damaging winds and heavy rain causing the outages.
As of shortly after noon Tuesday, outages in Dutchess include a few in Clinton, East Fishkill, Hyde Park, Milan, North East, Pleasant Valley, Town of Poughkeepsie and Rhinebeck.
Restoration for all, except for East Fishkill which is pending, is Tuesday afternoon between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m.

Ulster County still has 827 outages in Esopus, Hurley, Marbletown, New Paltz, Olive, Rochester, Village of Saugerties, Wawarsing and Woodstock.
Central Hudson said restoration is expected to be complete by 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, if not sooner.
