Long Island Child Missing, May Have Been Seen In Orange County
The family believes their child is being driven somewhere.

A Levittown, Nassau County, 13-year-old boy is missing and was possibly seen in Orange County. Joshua Collins was last seen leaving his home around 1 a.m Monday, Jan. 8. A tip the family received stated that Collins was in Orange County around 6 p.m. Monday.
The family is concerned that someone may have been driving him around, given the distance between Long Island and Orange County. He may have been traveling to Walden. He may also attempt to travel to Quincy, Massachusetts or Naples, Florida.
Collins is white and described as 5 feet, 3 inches tall, weighing 115 pounds. His hair is described as “sandy,” and his eyes are blue.

He left with a backpack and was wearing one-piece blue pajamas with a white and black jacket and dark Timberland boots.
Collins has a cellphone but it’s been off all day.

The Nassau Police Department is asking anyone with information about his whereabouts to call the Missing Persons Squad at 516-573-7347 or 911.
