Motorcyclist Killed Sunday on Route 9 in Poughkeepsie

POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — A City of Poughkeepsie man was killed Sunday evening while riding his motorcycle, and the Town of Poughkeepsie police are asking if anyone witnessed the accident.

Brian Freer, 28, was killed on Route 9 when he collided with the car of a Texas woman who had pulled out of a parking lot, the Poughkeepsie Journal said.
