New Tenant Found For Toys R Us In Poughkeepsie
A presentation is set to take place Thursday at the town planning board.
POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — A new tenant may be moving into the closed Toys R Us location in Poughkeepsie on Route 9. Burlington Coat Factory, which already has a store in the Shoppes at South Hills, will be presenting the Poughkeepsie town planning board with plans to remove the former toy store's vestibule and construct a new storefront.
A complete interior remodel of the store is also being called for in the plan, WPDH said.
It is not known what will happen to the current Burlington Coat Factory location.
