Orange Man Accused Of Hitting Someone With Statue
Police also said he was seen randomly shooting cars with a BB gun.
DEERPARK, NY — An Orange County man was accused assaulting someone with whom he was having an argument. The New York State Police said Raheem Brickhouse, 23, of Deerpark, was charged with second-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief, felonies, and fourth-degree criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.
Police said Brickhouse had been held in the Orange County Jail for a domestic incident and was released Friday.
He returned to the scene of the incident Saturday and began a verbal alteration with the person who had complained about the prior domestic incident, according to authorities.

During the fight Saturday, police said Brickhouse picked up a small statue and struck a third person with it in the back of the head.
He then left the scene and was seen taking a weapon out of his pocket and randomly shooting at vehicles in the area, police said. The weapon was later determined to be a BB gun.

Authorities said additional investigation found Brickhouse shattered the windows of several vehicles in the area.
He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Deerpark Court Nov. 11.
