Pine Plains Man Accused Of Having Child Porn
Troopers had originally responded to a Main Street home for a domestic dispute.

PINE PLAINS, NY — After responding to a domestic dispute, a Pine Plains man was accuse of having child porn. State police said Nicholas J. Terilli, 34, of Pine Plains, was charged with use of a child in a sexual performance and possession of a sexual performance by a child, felonies, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
Troopers responded Feb. 25 to a Main Street location in Pine Plains for a domestic dispute.
During the investigation of the incident, child pornography was found, police said.

Further investigation by the Bureau of Criminal Investigation, the Child Advocacy Center of Dutchess County and the Dutchess County District Attorney's office led to the seizure of multiple storage devices which authorities said contained child pornography.
Terilli was arraigned in the Town of Milan Court and sent to the Dutchess County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail or $50,000 bond.

He is next scheduled to appear before the Town of Pine Plains Court March 7.
