Search For Missing Swimmer In Poughkeepsie Suspended: UPDATE
A state police helicopter was helping in the search.
POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — The search for a missing man in the Hudson River was suspended as of 7:30 p.m. Tuesday. Authorities said it will resume on Wednesday, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal.
POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — A search is ongoing for a missing swimmer in the Hudson River. The Poughkeepsie city police received a report around noon of a swimmer in distress off Waryas Park.
Two other swimmers were located, and an extensive search is going on, aided by state police air support, the Poughkeepsie Journal said..
