School Zone Meth Dealer Arrested Again In Sting: Drug Task Force
The "dangerous drug dealer" was selling the drugs out of his home near the entrance to the Pawling Middle School and High School, cops say.

PAWLING, NY — Law enforcement officials say that they are striking back against a spike in methamphetamine on the streets.
The Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office Drug Task Force says that it has been investigating sales of methamphetamine ("crystal meth"), fentanyl, and other illicit drugs in the Town of Pawling.
Drug Task Force agents identified 59-year-old William Frenza as a "dangerous drug dealer" who was selling these drugs out of his home on Reservoir Road near the entrance to the Pawling Middle School and Pawling High School.

Agents purchased drugs from Frenza and then obtained a search warrant for his home.
On Wednesday, around 9 p.m., Drug Task Force agents and the Dutchess County Sheriff’s Office Emergency Services Unit executed a search warrant at the home and arrested Frenza. He was found to be in possession of a significant amount of fentanyl packaged for sale, methamphetamine, and other narcotics.

Frenza was charged with felony third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell (narcotic drug), felony third degree criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell (methamphetamine), and felony fourth degree criminal possession of a narcotic drug.
He was arraigned in the Town of Pawling Court and remanded to Dutchess County Jail on 100K cash bail, 200K secured bond or 400K partially secured bond.
Frenza was also arrested and charged with several drug-related felony counts in August.
The Drug Task Force says it is starting to see an increase in methamphetamine being sold in Dutchess County. The community is urged to contact the Drug Task Force with any information about the sale or manufacturing of methamphetamine or any dangerous drug in Dutchess
County. The task force added that it is making it a priority to keep dangerous drugs like fentanyl, methamphetamine and cocaine out of the communities.
