HUDSON VALLEY, NY — The big winter storm continues to drop rain plus some sleet and snow on the entire region, and as predicted, what snow has fallen, has fallen in higher elevations and the mid and upper valley.
Several districts closed, joining the seven (see below) that decided Thursday night.
