Stanford Man Accused Of Child Sex Abuse
State police said the investigation was ongoing and asked if anyone has additional information.

STANFORD, NY — A 74-year-old Dutchess County man was accused of sexually abusing a child. State police said Vincent D. Ferris, 74, of Stanford, was charged Thursday with two counts of third-degree criminal sex act, felonies, and endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.
Police said a search warrant was executed at Ferris' home Thursday, subsequent to an investigation regarding criminal sex acts committed by Ferris against a child under the age of 17.
He was arraigned in the Town of Pine Plains Court and released to the supervision of probation.

Ferris is next scheduled to appear before the court July 22.
