UPDATE: Central Hudson Still Working To Restore Power To Some Ulster Customers
The power company has reduced the number of affected customers by more than half this Tuesday morning.

Central Hudson is making progress with restoring power to communities in Ulster County.
As of 3:15 p.m. Tuesday, there are 60 active outages with 1,896 affected customers, down from 3,500 earlier in the day.
Still hardest hit is the Town of Woodstock.

It has almost a quarter of Central Hudson customers without electricity.
There are 1,049 customers with no power, out of 4,647 total customers.

The estimated restoration time is 10 p.m. Feb. 14.
The Town of Olive has 791 customers waiting for the lights to come on. The estimated time is 10 p.m. Feb. 14 also.
A handful of customers in Denning and Hurley should see their electricity restored by 10 p.m.
Marbletown’s 12 outages are still be evaluated.
The Town of Saugerties has 14 customers in the dark, but their power should come back on by 5:30 p.m. Feb. 14
As of Tuesday morning, Central Hudson is working on more than 100 active outages that are affecting 3,581 customers.
The overwhelming majority of outages are in Ulster County: 3,500.
The Town of Woodstock is the hardest hit, with 2,118 customers without power. Central Hudson is estimating restoration by 10 p.m. Feb. 14.
Other affected communities include Olive, with 939; Esopus, 139; Gardiner, 131; Saugerties, 103; Hurley, 66; Marbletown, 58; Kingston, 8; Denning, 4, and Marlborough, 3.
According to Central Hudson’s outage information, all outages will be restored Feb. 14.
A scattering of outages are in Dutchess County, in Poughkeepsie, Beacon, Clinton, East Fishkill, Hyde Park, Red Hook, Rhinebeck.
Only one Central Hudson customer is without electricity in Hamptonburgh.
