Town Of Poughkeepsie Sued By Developer

The town denied a zoning change.

POUGHKEEPSIE, NY — The Town of Poughkeepsie is being sued by a planners of a large residential/commercial development along the Hudson River.

The O’Neill Group-Dutton LLC sued because the town board denied a zoning change that could have added more than 80 rental units to 300 already OK’d by the City of Poughkeepsie, the Poughkeepsie Journal said.

The Dutton project will also include 13,800 square feet of commercial space.
