Ulster County Nixes Banning Plastic Bags
The deciding vote was made by the chairman of the Legislature who is a ex-officio member of the committee.

The “Bring Your Own Bag Act” was defeated when it didn’t garner a majority for the law to pass, the Daily Freeman said.
