Ulster Man Accused Of Burglary, Theft
Police said the man stole a car, a TV and a computer from a town of Rochester home.

TOWN OF ROCHESTER, NY — An Ulster man was accused of burglarizing and stealing from a home in the town of Rochester.
The New York State Police said troopers were called around 7:30 a.m. Jan. 4 to a home on Route 209 in Rochester for a burglary that had occurred.
Police said 2012 Audi A4, a television and a computer were missing from the home.

The next day, the New Paltz Police Department told the state police that the stolen car was found unoccupied behind a restaurant on Old Route 299 in New Paltz.
An investigation led state police to Michael Devoll, 25, of the town of Ulster.

On Monday, he was arrested and charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property and second-degree burglary, felonies.
Devoll was arraigned in the Town of Ulster Court and sent to the Ulster County Jail.
