Ulster Man Stabs Another During Gas Station Robbery: Police
The Ellenville resident was charged with three felonies, police said.
ELLENVILLE, NY — An Ulster County man was accused of stabbing someone while robbing a gas station.
The New York State Police said Enrique Jimenez-Rivera, 29, of Ellenville, was charged with first-degree robbery, second-degree assault and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, all felonies.
Police said they were called to the Valero gas station on South Main Street in Ellenville around 4:40 a.m. Saturday for a report of a man stabbed in the head.

Jimenez-Rivera was subsequently identified as the assailant, police said, and he was arrested.
He was arraigned in the Village of Ellenville Court and sent to the Ulster County Jail pending a future court appearance.
