Upstate Man Accused Of Having Sex With 13YO
Police said there were two separate occasions.
PINE PLAINS, NY — An Oneida County man was arrested for having sex with a 13-year-old. State Police said Bryan C. McGarry, 25, of Clinton, was charged with two counts of second-degree rape, felonies.
McGarry stands accused of having sexual intercourse with a 13-year-old victim on two separate occasions in 2017 in the Town of Pine Plains.
He was arraigned in the Village of Red Hook Court and sent to the supervision of the Dutchess County Probation Department.
