Woman Arrested Applying For Credit Card In Another's Name: Police
The complainant said there was no permission given.

WAPPINGERS FALLS, NY — A Poughkeepsie woman who fraudulently applied for a credit card was arrested Aug. 31. State Police from the Wappinger barracks arrested Yajaira Bernabel, 42, of Poughkeepsie, for second-degree criminal impersonation and second-degree falsifying business records, both Class A Misdemeanors.

She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Village of Wappingers Falls Court on Sept. 13.
