Enstoa, Inc., the leading systems integrator for capital projects worldwide, has announced the addition of Peter Smidt as Director, Naeimah Al-Hashmi as Senior Associate, Awdhah Al Saket as Senior Associate, Diane Puetz as Associate and Charlotte McLean as Associate. Headquartered in New York with offices around the globe, Enstoa services clients across a wide range of industries including real estate, energy, healthcare, engineering and construction, public infrastructure, transportation, and manufacturing.

Prior to joining Enstoa, Peter Smidt held senior positions with firms such as Deloitte, Oracle, Accenture, KPMG South Africa, and most recently as a Director with KPMG Saudi Arabia. He has over 20 years of technology experience in strategic relationship, project and PMO management. Smidt holds a Bachelor’s degree with majors in Computer Science and Information Systems & Psychology, as well as a Master’s degree in Business Leadership, both from the University of South Africa.

Naeimah Al-Hashmi specializes in talent management and acquisition. She was previously the Head of Human Resources for Unified Real Estate Development Company, a Talent Management Manager with Almarai, Al-Riyadh Government, and Country HR Manger – Saudi Arabia with dormakaba. Al-Hashmi received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Franklin University.

Awthah Al Saket has nearly a decade of account management experience including as an Accounts Receivable Officer at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Riyadh, Accounts Payable Officer at Zain KSA, and a Support & Development Account Manager at Lebara Mobile KSA. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance from Al-Yamamah University.

Prior to Enstoa, Diane Puetz severed as a Senior Software Engineer for IMAthlete.com, a Web Developer for CR Laurence Inc, a Software Engineer for XAP.com, and a Consulting Software Engineer for SolidCommerce.com. She received her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Washington.

Charlotte McLean has experience within various industries, organizations and environments. Before joining Enstoa, she was a Program Administrator for Canterbury Christ Church University, a Project Controller with Wozair Limited, and a Project Administrator for Modus Workspace Limited. McLean received a National Diploma in Higher Education – Healthcare from Mid Kent College.

Enstoa has also promoted Jeff Ettenhofer to Director of Product Strategy, Lewis McKenzie to Director of Managed Services and Rhys Priestman to Director of Marketing Operations.
